Honey Bee Day

July 5, 2021

August 21  | Basin Park

We are buzzing with excitement over Honey Bee Day at Baseline. For this pollinator-friendly event, we are partnering with Broomfield Council on Arts & Humanities, Sustainable Broomfield, and NextUse. Come enjoy live music, food trucks, up-cycling crafts for kids, eco-friendly educational booths, and more.

At Baseline, we are all about recycle, reuse, and reduce. In preparation for this fun-filled day, we need a few of your recyclables for kid projects. Please start collecting these items to donate July 30-31 for our honey bee crafts.

  • Any round plastic bottles (1L to 1.53L) with at least a 3-inch diameter and a straight height of at least 6-7 inches before it tapers down at the neck. Good examples are listed and shown below. Please include the bottle lids, too.
