It all starts with West Village. And West Village starts with the introduction of two homebuilders who will help bring the Baseline vision to fruition and the community to life.

David Weekley Homes and KB Home are both well-known builders in these parts – having crafted beautiful places to live in some of Colorado’s most desirable communities. Both builders have also won plenty of local and national awards for their work. And each will add to Baseline’s diverse home offering with something different.

David Weekley Homes will come out of the ground with two collections, The Peaks and The Pinnacle. Single-family, two-story homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,700 square feet and available with lots of design choices, like first-floor master suites.

KB’s inaugural contribution will be their Baseline Villas. These lower-maintenance paired homes featuring a private side yard and two-car garage come in five smart three-to-six bedroom designs. With options for a loft or finished basement, the space is designed to flex with your ever-changing life.

Both homebuilders will be showcasing their new collections in West Village with their first models opening this August, 2020. Discover our homes.
